The Virgin Islands' Original Water Ice!
Crucian Ice, a local frozen dessert product, was born literally from a dollar and a dream. Raised in the Bronx section of New York, I grew up enjoying ices from the pushcarts that littered the city streets during the summer months.
One very hot night, I had a dream about purchasing one of those very ices, having just a dollar in hand, but I wasn’t in New York. That morning, it hit me, it was truly a no-brainer. I would bring ices to St. Croix!
Nine years later, Crucian Ice has gained immense popularity among locals and visitors as well.

As a vegan, cholesterol-free, gluten-free, fat-free and soy-free frozen dessert product that comes in a variety of local fruit and other flavors, it is truly a treat that everyone loves.
Being sold at such events as Crucian Christmas Festival and Carnival, horse races, boat parades, jump-ups, the Agriculture and Food Fair, Mango Melee, and even just on the side of the road from our van or trailer, Crucian Ice is nearly a household name.
